Leek and cheese pie
Ingredients:
- 300 g leeks, 100g of cheese, ½ pint of milk, 100 g of bread crumbs, 4 eggs, 1 teaspoon butter, salt and pepper.
Preparation of leeks and cheese pie:
- Cut the leeks into 3 or 4 cm. Cook them until tender, drain well and finely chop again. Sauté a few minutes later with a teaspoon of butter.
- Put the milk to boil and before boiling, add the bread crumbs and stir well. Allow to cool slightly and poured over sautéed leeks.
- Add pre-grated cheese, beaten eggs, salt and pepper to taste tortilla. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pan and place in preheated oven at 200 degrees, leaving it until the cake rises and is golden brown
