Asparagus sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 can asparagus 1 lemon, cream, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt
Preparation:
- Peel the lemon and crushed. We put the lemon juice in a bowl with chopped asparagus, cream, Parmesan cheese and lightly salted.
- With electric mixer, beat the ingredients in bowl.
- When has thickened and has no lumps, add a little chopped parsley.
