Bechamel Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 liter of milk, 5 tablespoons flour, a small glass of olive oil, salt and nutmeg.

Preparation:
- Put in skillet heat oil over low heat.
- Add the flour and stir with a wooden spatula, if the mass was a little tough it adds a little more oil. - Stir until the dough takes on a soft consistence of a sauce.
- Add milk all at once, stop moving if the resulting mixture, stir well to not make lumps, and when the dough is already cooked you add salt and nutmeg.
